Hi There
Can anyone help me with this problem My key will not open or close the doors, when I put it into the ignition it releases the steering lock but will not turn any further.
The key appears to be working.

i'm not completely sure of that model but i did have a problem with my key in my e320 were some of my interior lights would't work and other minor electric issues and the dealer said i had to send my key back to the co. in germany to get it reprogrammed thats only if ur key is laser cut thoe but u can try to look into it, when i got it back everything was normal
