We have a current model Mercedes C Class Estate (220CDI). We have a boat trailer with LED lights on it. The Mercedes will not operate the trailer lights. We are now told by Mercedes that the Estate is not compatible with LED lights on a trailer but the C Class Sedan is compatible. We have also been told by Medcedes to change the trailer lights to norman globe ones. I thought the C Class was compatible with the latest technology hence it would be ok with technology that has been arround for 10+ years.
