2013 C300 spring spec issue
2013 C300 72K mi. Just replaced all 4 tires through Tire Rack. Since I have never had an alignment I brought it to a Mercedes dealer who tells me I need new front springs for $1500 plus another alignment. . Print out shows front axle level for left at -21mm/-3.5 and right -20mm/-3.2 with target data -0.3 And +/-1.7. Front camber was out -0.59 left and -1.30 right.
The only undue wear on the old tires wa slight on the inside of the RF. They did not complete the alignment because they said a new camber nut would need replacing again after the new springs were installed.
Questions: 1. If I do not have the springs replaced but have them do the remainder of the alignment, how much of a difference will it make on the tires and driving performance with these specs. 2. If I just leave it as is, with those specs, would I likely have more wear on the new tires than the ones I just took off (lasted 35K Conticontact). My inclination is just to leave it I could go through the new tires and another 2 sets for what it will cost to correct this.
Thanks for any input. Eckelaw

Hello and welcome to the forum! What was the reason for needing new front springs? How did the tires look other than the RF? If this car is just a DD, I would leave it alone. Maybe take it to a alignment shop and see if they have a different recommendation.
