Hello, Mercedes Owners!My employer has asked me to clean out the garages of their $3.8 mil home. Unfortunately, this includes their sweet 1968 Mercedes 280SE Cabriolet.

In my experience the most knowledgeable people can be found in forums like this. So, I was planning on attaching photos as time went on & see what opinions the professionals gave about the sale of this gem. I assume there is a section for sale/trade of personally owned Mercedes Benz's. So eventually I will post there. But, I'd like to (1) not sound like an idiot in my posts and (2) not be taken by someone.

Is this a common model?
Is it considered an antique?

 

Sounds like a collectible car. Possibly by now has been sold. If not please send photos and details.
