I just picked up a slk 230 with 30k miles on it good deal. Very happy with it aside from knowing that the paint is going to chip on center console. Mine came with fake carbon fiber dash kit. WOW hideous. I was wondering if anyone else had any luck with one of the wood kits I was only able to find 2 companies that made them for myyear and model.. http://www.exoticwoodtrim.com and http://www.woodtrim.com.
exoticwoodtime is simulated wood. Not even wood for the fact its plastic.. Has to be made to order so no refunds $150 US

both kits are to be applied over existing dash with 3m tape.. Went to my dealer ship for factory option which was $3k for the oem kit but is total replacement pulling old carbon fiber and replacing with wood. any input would be helpful thanks sorry about tag name typo. lol just noticed it myself.
