Hi,
I just noticed a flashing "error 148" on my slk230 Brabus(1998 r170engine)'s mileage screen.Does anyone knowwhat's the solution or any clue to this error? Please help and thanks in advance.

Don't know what the specific code means.
Maybe its indicating failure to reset the system after normal service intervals have been grossly overdue?
What happens when you reset FSS to zero as per user handbook?

 

haven't tried resetting to zero yet,,,,..big thanks anyway

My friend and i try resseting it..still the same "status quo". Tried to search the "error 148" on the OBD site but non so far.

 

error 148 isn't an OBD code.

Appears the FSS system is faulty.
