Red face PSE search.

looking for a pse mercedes benz pump part number 1708000848. Seems mine is done by moisture, still trying to figure out how water got in my trunk, to do the damage.

btw, check your seals/weather strips between the wheel well and the fender. maybe your water came up through there.

Still looking for a power control pump (PSE) part number 1708000848, I was told by mercedes benz that the previous two parts number would work as well they are 1708000648, and 1708000448. The places I have checked for on the new one are way too expensive, hoping someone out there have one they want to sell for a reasonable price.Thanks..

Had that problem found the water seeps from the outside seal between the trunk lid and rear glass, right around the spoiler. I took apart the spoiler and replace the seal, then reseal the glass by the spoiler. Was an easy job cost less than 20.00. As for the Pump there are several others that will also work.

Default sure if price is right, and proven to work.

What is the part number, and from what car? I am still interested... Also looking for the alarm siren, I believe it is pretty common on various mercedes benz models.
