Default Hydraulic Fluid Leaking in trunk from top motor

Hi all,
Well I replaced out the hydraulic top motor in my benzie. I installed it hooked up all of the hydraulic lines and everything worked great until I put the lid up and down a few times, hydraulic oil started leaking from the piston mech on the passengers side of the car in the trunk.

Does anyone have any thoughts on my next step? It doesn't leak when not in use. But if I keep messing with it the fluid drains and I'm forced to refill the motor which is a huge pain in the butt to remove, fill and refit.

Pleeeease don't make me go to my dealer, just to say hello to them is a hundred dollars.

Sounds like the hyd ram is leaking.
I think they cost about $400 each. Some hyd places can refurbish.

Do you think the motor failure had anything to do with the hydraulic unit leaking? No doubt you have checked the fluid lines in and out of the cylinder. Can you actually seethe spot where the fluid is leaking?
