Auxillery input?

Auxillery input?
We have a 2005 SLK 350 with a 6 CD changer in the glove box, with no Ax Input at all for Ipod or XM (external XM). Any suggestions on what to replace the CD changer with? And how much this may cost? And if we should have done at a dealership or outside installer?
