Need your input on a fair price for a C230K?
Looking for some quick advice....
I can pick up a "brand new" 2005 C230 Kompressor Sport Sedan with automatic, the sunroof package, the 6 disk CD package, and the power/heated seats and power steering/mirror package for $31,800 before tax and title.
Or with a manual transmission and without the power seats/steering/mirrors for $29,100.
I have to get the deal done by the 31st of August however as that's when the dealers incentives end.
I'm planning on going for it unless I see enough negative feedback that I'm not getting the best deal possible, what do you think?

The extra money for the auto/heat-seat, would not factor into my decision. The heated seats and power mirrors I could take or leave.
However, it seems to me, you either like to shift or you don't. This is an option that impacts you most of the time when you are in the car.
Obviously it is a personal choice.
I'd go with the $31,000 car. I need a sunroof. I like an auto transmission if it is well done, and it is on the MB. Plus, when I go to sell the car, all the options will make the car more attactive. ( I bet there are very few manual shifters available in that model. That is because most people don't want them.)
