2000 slk convertible! A rock got thrown through the back window of my car. When replacing it we replaced the whole back window area instead of just the glass. Since the replacement, the top would close but the little side (triangle) widows would take forever. Now they won't close at all. Any ideas of how to fix this?

 

Have you hecked oil level for roof hydraulics located on RHS of trunk behind panelling.
did you break any hydraulic lines when you did the job?
