I am in need of the interior wood trim kit for my car 93 300sl. The wood round the door handles is badly warped . The console wood is cracked . Cant find any vendors that sell the stuff. Anyone know a place I can contact.

Also the drivers side seat belt trim at the seat is loose and keeps falling off. Is there a way to fix this ?

I thought about replacing the wood with leather . Good idea and info on install . Thanks. Found wood trim for $140. but I have a lot I don't need . Thanks

 

you could cover the console trim with leather. I will mine if it gets any worse. a top coated leather maybe more stain and scratch resistant, it's not as easy to work with. the more supple the leather the easier it is to mold and stretch. your piece to be covered must be smooth, flaws in the trim will show through the leather.
