What is the difference between the 1997 SL500 and the SL500 Sport Model?

 

I own a 1999 500SL Sport, and I don't have any idea how it differs from the regualar SL.
It is a great, trouble free car and fun to drive.

The front air dam below the bumper, the fog lights, the side skirts (below the doors) the rear bumper, the wheels should be AMG...and that's about it..oh, and the "sport emblem" on the side at the vents. Nothing mecanical, or no suspension goodies...just cosmetics...but it does make the car look "cooler", in my opinion.
