Seat problems in 380SL

Seat problems in 380SL
Has anyone had a stuck left seat in a 1981 380SL...its stuck all the way
back and I cant seem to move it forward...new covers coming but I at a
loss as to how to move the seat....anyone have a idea short of cutting
up the old seat....lots of PB did not work. Jim Blanton
