Have recently purchased a '97 Sport with 117k mileage, my first Mercedes. It has always been serviced at the area Mercedes dealer. Have noticed several postings about a tendency for these cars to pull slightly to the right. Mine does this, but tire wear seems normal. Has anyone cured this tendency to their satisfaction? Also, what are usual engine operating temperature and oil pressure readings when warmed up? So far, I am very impressed with this automobile.

Thanks for the quick response on engine temp. In regards to oil pressure, I was wondering about pressures at about 1500rpm and at idle (600rpm) when fully warmed up.

cant answer the oil presure question for you but im sure that its ok. it will fluctuate up and down the gauge with engine speed. when you drive and also when the oil is new it will be a lttle higher.
