Hi Im new to the forum, I just learned of it today while picking up the wifes car at MB of Houston while talking to a sales rep. I have a couple nice mercedes but they were bought as used cars seeing as Im not uberrich, but I had a question?

I own a couple SL500's and they're fairly cheap to maintain, how is the SL65 in terms of maintenace prices and when if ever do you people feel that an '05 SL65, I think thats its first yr, when do you think that car will be in the 70-80k range because thats about as high as the wife will allow me to ever go on a car, and I am dying to get behind the wheel of one of these monsters. maintenance are very similar to older models.

new models usually will have a bit of software glitch, but that can be easily corrected with updates.

 

do you have a timeframe on when you believe it will be in the 70-80k range, I know benz's drop in value like stone. The SL55 I saw at the dealer today was an '03 w/ 14k miles going for 79k
