Magazine looking for 560sl for feature
One of my overseas publications has asked me to produce a feature on an R107, US-spec 560SL. I am looking for a top tier example here in Southern California, or possibly Las Vegas where i will be next week attending the SEMA Show.
The editor was very specific, he wants a US-spec R107 560SL only, nothing else.
Is there anyone in Southern California or Las Vegas who would like to see their car as a four or five page feature in an English language Mercedes publication? If you do, please drop me an richtruesdell@gmail.com or PM with your contact details and I will get back to you ASAP.
As I am planning a self-published book on the 60 years of the Mercedes-Benz SL, I will also would want to use the photos in my book, which I plan to publish before the end of the year. It's about half finished and I have not shot an R107 yet for the book, I would like to use the photos in both instances.
