Hello I am looking to buy a in the very near future a 1998 SL600 with a panoramic top with about a 100K mileage wise on the engine.
Before I dive into one of these R129 V12's is there anything I should be aware of. I would consider my self a very good Mechanic/Technician, however I have never owned or worked on one these Mercedes Benz.
I have read reviews and information i can find on the web, but obviously I want to do all my homework on one these just Beautiful roadsters before i have one in my driveway. my intention is a daily driver here in Miami.
I look forward to advice or education that you may have that I should be aware of.
