Default Instrument Cluster Problem

I need help with a problem with the instrument cluster of an '84 380SL. The 12V clock terminal came in contact with the metal ground plane on the instrument cluster. Now the oil guage pegs and moves when the turn signal is used. The seat belt warning light also flashes with the turn signal. The warning buzzer sounds when the high beam is activated. Turning on the head lights moves the oil guage needle.

Default RE: Instrument Cluster Problem

I hate to reply to my own problem, but I did discover the problem. When the 12V clock wire touched the metal ground plane of the tach/clock cluster, it created an open curcuit on the speedometer printed wiring board. The trace was so thin it blew like a fuse. I soldered a jumper over the gap and everything worked fine.
