Hood open dash light?

Hood open dash light?
Hood is closed and secure, but dash light is on. Where is sensor? Under latch? What does it look like? I see some on eBay but ?
Also, wiper fluid reservoir empties without using any and, guess what? Dash indicator comes on! I'll have to track that leak down. I guess I'll have to get under it? Pass. front?
