We are working on the hardtop of our 97 SL500 and have just had the cylindersrepaired by a member here. By the way thanks and great job. Our current issue is as we placed the top on, the front cylinders tighted and closed but the back did not catch to well. We attempted to jiggle it back in and my dad pulled it out and now it will not release from the front. The buttons are not blinking and I cannot hear the motor working. We checked all relays and fuses and still the top willnot raise from the front end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
