Does anyone happen to have any images of the cold start sensor and it's position on a 1995 SL500? Any help would be much obliged.

I don't know where you're from, but here on Long Island, New York I can access Alldata at my library for free. Perhaps, you should see if you can also. If you are starting to do work yourself, it might behoove you to purchase the DVD from Mercedes.
Sorry, other than that I can't help you as my computer has no dvd burner, I go to the library.
