1980 450 SL (California emissions) - Recent sudden engine cutoff on interstate. Full tank. Car towed home. No fuel delivery to fuel injector housing. No power to fuel pump. Replaced fuel pump relay, again no power to pump. Replaced overload protection relay, power to pump but only in range of 0.1 volts DC. This seems inadequate to run a pump. Any Thoughts? I'm hesitant to replace the pump until I'm pretty sure that that is the problem. TIA.
