I own a 1980 EURO 280SL purchased in Germany and brought to the states. Does anyone know what parts of the car are the same as the US 450SL? I need a master cylinder or kit to rebuild it and don't know if I purchase one on the internet if it will fit. Please help asap - my girl is sitting in the garage and wants to see the sun light.

have an 85 280sl, also purchased in gremany. check with folks at adsit.com, (800) 521 7656. they have been most helpful with finding parts for these type 107's. I think the unit you are looking for is thier part no. 043-1600 $99.00. call them to confirm.
