Hi, I'm new to the forums ,
I have a 1980 450sl that I have to run a 12volt connection straight to the switch on the drier to get the compressor to run.
everything works great when I do that.
But the ac compressor fuse #9 does not have power on either side of it and even if I put 12 volts straight to that fuse it still does nothing to turn on the compressor.
Is there an inline fuse that is wired for this model instead of fuse #9?
If so, could someone tell me exactly where it is so I don't have to pull the whole dash apart, even a picture would be great !
