My 92 has died three times in the past week when slowing down. Car runs and idles fine, but has started to die. All three times it was when I was almost stopped at a stop light. Thus far, I just put it in neutral, start it right back up and keep on trucking.

Any ideas?

 

Have you had the car for awhile but it just started doing this? If so, it may be some bad gas or some water in your gas from condensation, a common problem during winter. You might want to try a gas treatment that removes moisture and fill the tank from a different gas station. Also, check the air filter. It may have gotten wet.
