so I have a 1991 500sl, but the dash does not work nor does the top work or the seats. but the radio, power steering, and lights all work. A fiew weeks ago my friend tapped the back of my car as a joke kinda hard, all of a suddden the dash and the top works again. Now it wont work again, there is no voltage going to the fusebox in the trunk. Is there any junction boxes for power in/by the bumper? anyone know what could be up with it?

Are the windows working? The fuse panel in the trunk controlls the windows, top and roll bar. There is also a fusible 30A link on the bottom. Make sure you take out the fuses and check for continuity.
When he hit you did the roll bar deploy?
