81 380sl
I have two questions I hope you can help me with, I have an 81 380 SL, I'm looking to change the wheels and the steering wheel to an older model. For the wheels I want to use the 14" steel wheels with hub caps. For the steering wheel I want to use the older generation 2 sl steering wheel with the chrome ring. Question is do you know if these changes will work on an 81 380 SL? before I go on the hunt for these wheels, hub caps and steering wheel. I think the steel rims should fit, however not sure about the steering wheel, I heard the gen 3 SL's had a different steering shaft and spline. thank you
