300sl convertible
Hi all new on here and hello, I am just about to buy the car which i very much like just want to know if i am buying it over the odds for it, Its a 300sl 190bhp convertible auto with 78,000 miles on it 1992 and to be honest it is immaculate all electrics are good and a full service history well looked after not a scratch on it i'm paying £5,500 for it do you think that is about the mark for it. It come with the 19"wheels but also comes with the original wheels.

it's a roll of the dice whether it will a good buy or not. sounds like it has been well taken care of and having the service records lets you know how well. mine has cost me plenty over the years. with that said, to me, it's well worth it.. the last four years have been pretty much trouble free. I can't think of a car I'd rather have. I will have this sl for the rest of my life. they are wonderful cars and obviously I love my 90.

These cars need to be driven, so instead of waiting for summer wait for sunny days. I can't wait more than a few days to drive mine. If you do store for an extended time you may want to disconnect the ground on the battery or the car could drain it over a period of a few weeks.
