Good sized dent in right rear quarter panel (shopping cart). Used a dent repair kit and got most of it pulled out, but now need to get to panel from the inside. Looks like the best egress point would be from the wheel well, but no idea how to disassemble. I don't see any obvious screws, bolts or pins used to fasten/hold the wheelwell material in place. I think there's also a piece of plastic between the material and the body itself.

Has anybody done this or does anyone have diagrams or knowledge as to how to gain access to that quarter panel without ripping the car apart?
