body repair questions
I am looking at a 1981 300td with some "bullethole" rust spots as well as a slow dent in a rear quarter panel. Does anyone have advice for removing the front quarters for rust repair or any other means? any experience on pushing out dents on the rear quarters of wagons? Logically the dent is into the first aid compartment but should the outer panel be able to be pushed through from the compartment?
Thank you in advance, this is going to be the determining factor as to whether or not it finds a new home with me or not.

RE: body repair questions
As far as dents go a lot of them can be pulled out using a suction cup. I'm talking about the kind used for picking up sheets of glass etc. I have seen some smaller ones at Harbor Freight that might work. Pressing the back of dents has never worked for me but I have pulled out some.
I have heard of rubbing dry ice around the edge of the dent so the cold shrinks the metal and pops out the dent but I have never tried it.
