1997 SL500R rollbar+hard top light on

1997 SL500R rollbar+hard top light on

I recently had an emission test and I now notice that the roll bar and hard top light lamp is on. Is there any "connection" to the two events?

The problem solved by MB Thornhill, Ontario.
The hardtop was removed manually. The control module was disconnected and reset.
Roll bar settings were also reset.
All not too painful.
