1993 SL500 Locking Storage Issues

1993 SL500 Locking Storage Issues

My locking storage compartments behind the seats, center console, and arm rests won't unlock. The dash compartment is unlocked. Any ideas on how to open ?

might check the connection of hose labeled IZV at the pump in the trunk above the battery
