The best answer I can suggest is to buy the five DVD Mercedes WIS-EPC set from a UK vendor.
IMO it is worth all of the installation irritation.
NOTE: Compatibility Issues

This can not be installed on a MAC.
The install is unforgiving, and you only get one chance to do it.
The hard drive must be formated and operating system re-installed after each failed install.
