my car is mercedes 1998 s600
I purchased from Japan

but this device in photo dosen't work
TEL , TV , RADIO , TABE , CD, NAVE all things don't work
when I changed it, also dosen't work

I can't sbeak ENG very well
I am from UAE
What is the solution?
