does anyone know the procedure on changing the transmission, and checking the level of the oil in these cars. also does anyone have any input on, my transmission when cold hesitates going into 2nd gear, after its warm it shifts fine...

 

you most likely need to change your ATF fluid and transmission filter, let a pro garage do it for you, its too messy and would not save you much if you do it alone, caution: if you plan to proceed DIY its located under the transmission, called the transmission crankcase, prepare all the necessary parts before starting to dismantle.
