I'm a new owner of a 2002 S500 (119k miles) and I'm having a couple of consistent problems!!

(1) I had the control arm and tie rods replaced, on the front right side - however it sounds like the air compressor is consistently running still. While driving today, the "Airmatic - visit workshop" came on. Do I continue to drive the car (and No, the car has not dropped)

(2) I have noticed a leak, underneath the vehicle ... On the right side of the engine, close to the windsheild ... The liquid seems to be water (has no smell).

Help me, please - I'm starting to feel like Mercedes Benz is a NIGHTMARE ... Am I over-reacting?

 

check the water drain under the hood. there should be no water in there at all. poke with a hanger or long thin rod to open drain...the black plastic grille does come off very easily.
