All: Lately the shoulder harness portion of my seat belt(driver's side) has not been fully retrracting casuing me on ocassion to close the door on the buckle or have it haning outside. It appears that the retract spring or some other mechanism is not retracting the belt like it should. Have any of you had this problem? if so...what's the fix? Thanks
