HELP I HAVE 00 S430 AND MY REMOTE KEY WONT LOCK OR UNLOCK MY CAR, I TRIED THE BUTTON INSIDE THE CAR AND I WONT OPEN EITHER. MY TRUNK WONT OPEN EITHER WITH THE REMOTE KEY OR THE MANUAL BUTTON...

Check the fuse box behind the light on the passenger side back seat. Had the same problem. MB told me it would cost 1500 the air pump or something for them to fix when it was a $1 fuse. 
Did you recently have battery problems??
