Default Removing oil pan on 1990 350SDL

Can anyone tell me the best route to pull the oil pan without removing the motor? I think I may have a broken baffle in the pan.

1 Drain oil from pan.
2 there is around 19 irrc allen wrench like screws. the two near the AC compressor is of different size so keep that in mind. the rest ar equal size.
3 If you doing just gasket replacement, quick and dirty job, you can scrap the old gasket off slap the new one one and be done and hope for the best.
3b To remove the pan entirely, for better accesss to everything you might need to get to, you'll have to jac the engine up after lossening the motor mounts. This is normally not problematic but the kicker is that most cases the engine is held up around the mid balance point of the oil pan and sicne it will be removed you cant use it asa jack point. The second best thing then is to either find an alternative to hold the block up or what I found works is motor mount spacers. You slip those in for the mean time and should then have enough room to get the pan out around the fram crossmember and block.
4 at this point you should be able to access any oil pump workings and stuff in there.
5 installation is reverse process.
