Rear Window stuck

Rear Window stuck
I got a 93 300se,
The rear driver side window does not move and is stuck in open Position.
Not sure if the window regulator is bad. it does make a sound when I try to open or close.
Please let me know How to take the door panel off. or if you have any suggest to fix the problem is most welcome.
