Radio read station 0.00 and will not change to any station?

Radio read station 0.00 and will not change to any station?
2001 S430. I had two new factory cat's put in while on vacation. I think the shop let my battery go dead because the clock was wrong when I got the car back. My cd player and tape player still work. Does something need to be reset?
