Guys Just hot my 92 500..happyt as hell to have it but two things.

The fan is not blowing which i already know what to do, and the radio says Waiting.
I got the code from the dealer, and waited 15 minutes for the thing to start saying CODE again, but even after 25 mins or so it wount. How can I leave the keys inside the car for 24 hours to get the CODE to come on. Is there a way to have the CODE come on without doing the 24 hour bonanza???????????

Disconnect the battery... then wait a few seconds, reconnect then, turn key to on position... after that when it says code enter the number, when your done press the select button thingy,after you do that it should come on, if it says waiting you probably either have the wrong code or did the wrong code to many times... it happened to me today, twice actually, now what i'd reccomend, is call the dealer agian, and have them verify the number.. just have your vin ready...

 

Update....ok just leave the radio on overnight without the keys and dont press any buttons at all untill the CODE comes on. after 3 days of messing around it, this method worked.
I love my system, wish it was a bt louder
