I have a 95 s420 and my radio says code and wait when I put in the code that I thought was right. I was told I have to go to the dealer but a dealer is to far. Someone else told me I can pull out the radio and the code is in the back, is that true? If so how do I take the radio does it pop out like other car radios or do I have to do something special....THANKS!!!!

 

Actually it is on the back of the most Benz radios I went up to the dealer he popped it out typed the serial # and got the code....

 

Hi, did you manage to find your radio code? Mine isn't on the back of my radio and the dealer says it's too old to be in their database
