Parking sensorr problem

my s600 parking sensors make a long beep noise when ever i turn it on and last 2 red bars light up. when could the problem be?

the alignment of the sensors is off or pushed into the bumper. if its the front parktronic sensors that are acting up the sometimes the front licence plate can interfere with the sensors
