not running. need help. thanks!

I have a 1979 280se it will start and run for about 30 seconds and dies like it has no spark (my own conclusion). I can do this over and over again with the same results. Any ideas?

Yep...already changed the filter. I should really get a book. Untill then...where is the pump relay?

Is their a way to bench test this fuel relay? I couldn't tell if it was shutting off. It is the 5 pin type. Thanks, topbrass
