Can anyone please give me some advice, i have a C220 advargarde which is noisy when running, i have asked a couple of garages but they say it could be just how car is or it could be the tappetts, if it is the tappetts can they be adjusted or do they need to be changed. thanks Paul

 

they suppose to be self adjusting.

sometimes when the oiler tubes get clogged or broken in that area is can cause noisy operation.
