Hello forum peeps, I just saw a 92 400SE AMG on the highway, on my way in to work today, and just wanted to familiarize myself with the car. I call up the seller and they want $9500 for it, with 99K miles on it. From the outside, the car is in excellent shape, no dings or scratches whatsoever, but I haven't the slightest clue as to what I should look for when I go to test drive it. Currently I have a 91 LS 400 but it's not that good for winter driving here in Chicago. The 400 SE is also rear wheel drive, so I wanted to ask you guys how it drives in the winter time. Anything I should look for specifically when test driving the car? Thanks in advance for your time,
