I bought my S450 2020 3 weeks ago from a Mercedes-Benz dealer. It would not start on 2 occasions since I bought it. The Mercedes-Benz dealer I bought it from has it now and checking it out. This is highly inconvenient for me and my duties to my job. Do you have any recommendations on how they can compensate me for selling me a car of such prestige that's already back in their shop?

 

If they have any loaner vehicles available, I would ask for one. Or, inquire about the possibility of getting a rental vehicle at their expense. If neither of these options are viable, you could ask for a refund on the car and they will probably try to cater to your every whim. OR they will indeed sell you another car.
