Key won't turn!!!

I dont know Stuart, I kept on getting an error screen, finally logged out and then back in, did not change anything, no Mac. There have been some posts on other forums about remotes going bad, solder joints, when I was at the dealer (the key kept on coming out) the parts guy had a box full. I like the new style.
As you know the key gets its energy by induction and then replies via bi direction low power infra-red, if it agrees with what is stored in the EIS/ESL it allows the key turn, and sends a signal to the locking ring/bolt. They can look at the system usingthe HHT or shop laptopat the dealer.
